CHARGES FOR REFINANCE

The following are charges normally charged in a transaction that includes a conventional loan:

Payoff of existing mortgages, credit lines and/or liens
Lender fees, including prepaid items and reserves
Mortgagee title insurance policy @ promulgated rates
Endorsements to lender’s title insurance policy
Title update
Settlement fee
Recording of satisfaction(s) of mortgages and/or liens
Recording necessary corrective documents
Lien searches
Courier fees
Estoppel letter fees, if applicable
Recording fees for mortgage
Documentary stamps on note (varies by county)
Intangible tax on mortgage (varies by county)
Survey, if applicable
Title Commitment fee (when policy is not required by lender) $295.00
Archival Fee


 
PLEASE NOTE: A new survey may not be needed if the borrower has an existing certified survey that is less than ten years old and if no changes have been made to the property, such as fences, swimming pools or additions.

Please be prepared to furnish your survey, a copy of your owner’s title insurance policy, proof of insurance and existing mortgage information including mortgage account numbers, addresses and telephone numbers
